Privacy policy

What we collect

We use a cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) that collects aggregated, anonymous traffic data. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other cross-site tracking technology.

If you create an account for our Pro expiry reminder service, we collect your email address and the property addresses you choose to add. We process this data to send you reminder emails. We do not sell, share or otherwise disclose this data to third parties.

Cookies

We do not set marketing or tracking cookies. The only cookies this site sets are functional (for example, remembering your Pro account session). Affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you click through to their site. Those cookies are governed by the partner's own privacy policy.

Your rights under UK GDPR

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure of your data.
• Right to restrict or object to processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Retention

Pro subscriber data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months thereafter for accounting purposes. After that we delete or anonymise it.
